Start with a breathtaking coastal walk from Lights Beach to the crystal-clear waters of Greens Pool, with time for a refreshing ocean swim before returning to your accommodation to reset and refresh.

The day continues with indulgence and grounding in equal measure — a guided chocolate tasting at Denmark Chocolate Company, followed by a gentle forest walk through the towering Karri trees of Harewood Forest.

A long, relaxed lunch at The Lake House invites you to slow down and savour shared platters in a tranquil lakeside setting.

After lunch, sink into a deeply calming sound healing meditation, allowing the day’s experiences to settle and integrate.

We’ll then return you to your accommodation for a short rest before transporting you to your chosen dinner venue, completing a beautifully balanced day of movement, mindfulness, nature and nourishment.​​
